DOWNERS: No washer and dryer in the condo unit. Gulfview Condominiums, however, does have several washer and dryer units spread throughout the complex for easy access to residents and guests. Although Gulfview is directly across from the beach and provides private beach access, and you are just a few steps away from the beach, Blue Paradise is a first floor corner unit positioned in front of the pool. Although we and our guest love this location, if you are seeking a condo with an ocean view, please continue to search for your ideal spot. Blue Paradise does have a small outside seating area, but it has no direct view of the ocean; it overlooks a grassy area and is appropriate for quiet sitting and relaxing only. Minimum age limit for renters: 25 or older. Smoking not allowed. We impose a $150.00 smoking clean-up fee. Wheelchair accessible: This unit is handicapped accessible because it is a first floor unit; however, the tub is not handicapped accessible.

Gulfview II features a beachside walking trail and cycle paths, grilling areas, two beautiful pools (one heated seasonally) and a heated whirlpool. Added features include beachside restaurants within walking distance (Pompano Joes, Joe’s Crab Shop). Or, enjoy shopping at Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Bass Pro Shop, Destin Commons and more.

If snorkeling, shelling, parasailing, jet skiing, biking, fishing, boating, golf (and more) are your desire, Destin has it all. And if even more fun for the family is what you seek, Destin’s water slide parks, movie theater, miniature golf and bumper carts are just the beginning.
