Baby sitting can be arranged as needed for a small fee. Baby furniture is also available upon request. Premises are excellent for persons celebrating anniversaries, having a small wedding celebration, birthday party or just getting together with other family members or friends vacationing in Nassau at the same time. Catering can be arranged for these events (Maximum 25 - 30 persons) for a fee. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. There are two balconies with lounge chairs to accommodate this in addition to the pool area. Please feel free to enquire about amenities not listed and we will be happy to check them for you.

About your vacation home This property is located in a private residential area which is approximately 20 minutes from Lynden Pindling International Airport. The neighborhood is very safe and is home to many expatriates working in New Providence. The property is well landscaped and maintained. Furnishings are well kept and most of the kitchen appliances are essentially new. Storm shutters are in place for protection against hurricanes and tropical storms. This property is in walking distance to Cable Beach and the bus route. There are two beautiful beaches nearby about 5 to 10 minutes walk away. Guests are provided with one cell phone which you may purchase minutes for to use during your stay in Nassau. In addition to FREE local calls, we are pleased to provide FREE long distance calls to the United States, Canada and certain parts of Europe.

Nearby Activities Whether walking or driving, this property is within minutes from Cable Beach, where you will find a 18 hole golf course, banks, hotels and resorts, two beautiful beaches with water sports activities, a playground, straw market and restaurants. There are two major grocery stores within minutes drive from the property. There is also a small shopping complex nearby where you will find a cinema, dry cleaning, a pharmacy, a convenience store, an ice-cream parlor and a bank. It is easy to catch a No. 10 Jitney Bus to get into downtown Nassau where there is another straw market, shopping, restaurants and other activities. You can also catch a ferry boat from downtown Nassau to Paradise Island or jump on a horse-driven surrey and enjoy a guided tour around the city. A rental car is recommended but is not absolutely necessary.
