Older children would be fine, but there are aspects of the casa we don't feel are child safe for very young children. The water dispenser is pottery and on a narrow wood stand...that sort of thing. So, no toddlers--We believe ages 7 or 8 and up would be fine and we are happy to discuss details with you.

This particular rental really needs the 'Right People'. You must appreciate hot water showers, clean ceramic tiles, love to dive and snorkel, be in awe of your opportunity to experience Mayan village life, love coral reefs of the Caribbean, Cenotes, Yoga on the Beach in Tulum, dinners out at fantastic authentic Mayan Mexican Restaurants, and Chic Hip Spots on Tulum Beach as well. This vacation rental is not for people seeking a 'resort experience'. It's for people who love to travel and save money. Casa Metamorfosis comes equipped with refrigerator, stove, leather sofa and chair, locking Indonesian hand-carved cabinet, brand new beds, fully stocked kitchen, telephone, internet access and everything necessary for a GREAT VACATION.

This is an unusual offer and one I am happy to extend to you because I am working towards having a steady stream of return visitors. Everyone who rents the house will automatically be enrolled in our 'Family and Friends Circle', an exclusive offer club. This club offers members 'first choice' for bookings at an extremely discounted rate with first dibs on dates for the upcoming year. Current Club Member rates are $375. per week.

We would like to build a community of consistent 'trusted' renters for this property. We also like the idea that those of you that regularly stay at the casa might connect in a deeper way to our Mayan neighbors and the precious environmental sanctuary of our non-developed jungle and beach. The village of Chemuyil is a non-touristy Mayan village and would benefit from our guests using the services offered there including the library, a massage therapist, pizzeria, fruit/veggie stands, internet cafes, groceries and two bakeries in the village . There are also lots of fiestas and soccer matches. The village is a 10 minute walk from our casa. Also included are two 'Cruzer' bikes with baskets.
