    My wife and I own this property outright and have no mortgage. I'm retired and always available when needed. I don't have a lot of overhead so, I'm happy to pass these savings to my customers. My goal is to attract good repeat customers who had the time of their lives & want to consider this villa as the vacation rental to return to again & again.
  • $450 (or 20% of total rent whichever is greater) security/damage deposit is required within 48 hours to reserve your vacation period. Balance payment due within 60 days prior to when rental period begins. Deposit will be credited back to you (less tax) within 20 days of the last day of your vacation rental trusting the property is clean & free from damage, etc., as it was when you arrived. You may pay by PayPal (preferred). I will inform you of my PayPal account so you can send funds. If you have never used PayPal it is very easy and I can walk you through it if you need help. You may also pay by check however, I need payment by check at least 12 weeks in advance of your rental. Regarding Master Bathroom; Enjoy his/her granite top sinks, Massive family size Italian tiled shower, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet and water / nature view. Walls in this elaborate bathroom adored with local art and rare Italian raised tiling. Silk plants add to the beauty. Talk about privacy, bathroom has sliding door entrance from master bedroom, toilet has it's own sliding door. A bathroom within a bathroom within a bedroom. I do suggest that you bring beach towels. Like privacy, fishing, nature, beach, swimming???? Yes? You will love this vacation property. It's all in your back yard! Fishing equipment pole, lures included. I saw someone catch a 12 lb fish off our Pier last week. What a fight it put up. It was fun to watch. You can fish in the protected Bay or go right out to the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk/bike to Robinson's Preserve to rent a Kayak by the Visitors center. You can also go to one of the many marinas and pay for a fishing excursion. There's nothing like the fishing either on the Preserve waters, or right from one of my two private docks or pier in back yard. Want the most bang for your vacation $?????? If you want a Boating, Fishing, Beach, Paradise this definitely the right choice for you. My rate is around $1 per S/F When you consider this is a 4200 S/F Villa on the water, with all the amenities it offers right on the property & surrounding area, it is the biggest vacation bargain anywhere! Any properties that are remotely close to offering what this offers are two to three times more money! How can I offer such an amazing vacation property at such a great price?? I own the property including two deep water intra-coastal boat/fishing docks also on the property outright. I don't have big mortgage payments etc. If I rent to people who write to me after their vacation, in the guest book comment section below, to let me know how much they enjoyed themselves I will be happy.
