    Property is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday during high season. Check-in is on Saturday after 3pm, checkout is on Saturday by 10am.

    Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.
  • Please be advised that smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises. Also, the home is available to
    families/adults ONLY of which parents or guardians must be over 25 years of age. Mini weeks and weekends available off season, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Bayside at Ocean City resort community, located on the Sinepuxent Bay, is ideal for families who want to be close enough to the beach without the crowds, traffic, noise & still have amenities within the community to keep them busy. It is only 5 miles to the Ocean City inlet & the boardwalk & 6 miles to Assateague Island, famous for wild ponies that roam the island & much less crowded than beaches at OC and easy to park.

Local Attractions (5 minute drive) West Ocean City is the newest vacation HOT SPOT. Staying in West Ocean City allows you quick and easy access to fun without the crowds. Located just 5 minutes from the community are go carts, Frontier Town Water Park, outlet shopping, golf, ice cream, marinas, public boat ramps, & grocery stores. Also, West Ocean City offers some of the finest restaurants & family restaurants, all within a short 5 minute drive. Ten minutes from the house is horse racing & Walmart.

Golf Information: Bayside at Ocean City is adjacent to Eagles Landing Golf Course, one of the most challenging courses on the Eastern Shore. There are several other courses within minutes from the house. To name a few: Glen Riddle Golf Club, Ocean Pines Golf Club, River Run Golf Club, The Beach Club Golf Links, Rum Pointe Seaside Golf Links, Ocean City Golf Club.
