The lower level great room is not cooled by the central A/C system. The room does stay comfortable year round with portable A/C and is great for kids with the pool table, big screen and two sleeper sofas.

Sombrero Beach The house is approximately 3 miles from beautiful Sombrero Beach. End canal location allows open ocean views though limited.

Great Room The large Great Room on lower level has a big screen Flat TV, Refrigerator, Microwave, Billiards table, gaming table with lots of seating.

Docking 30 foot concrete dock with additional 30 feet available with adjoining dock space. Davits to hang your boat out of the water. The dock comes complete with a fish cleaning table for the catch of the day.
