About Harborview Grande Condos These Condos were built in 2006. They are located on the Intra-Coastal Waterway and your balcony provides a view towards the North and East across the water. This unit is assigned one parking space under the building with another space in the uncovered lot in front of the building. Access to the parking and the lobby leading to the elevators is via a code assigned to each unit and gates. There is a pool but it is not heated.
