Granite counter top extends to seat four at the breakfast bar. Dining room table seats eight comfortably. Laundry room with washer and dryer. High chair and port-a-crib provided. Spacious balcony is one of the highlights of this condo with large table and seating for ten. Stairs from your balcony allow easy access to the pool, BBQ and beach. No need to use the elevator, which is great for keeping an eye on the kids. Grassy area next to the pool is great for playing ball or having a cookout on the propane grill and picnic tables. Gated property has two reserved parking spaces (one under cover), luggage carts to carry grocery/bags up to your room. Walk to a variety of restaurants, shopping, & entertainment venues (music, pool tables and volleyball).
