Sleeping arrangements Master has a king-size bed. All other bedrooms have queen-size beds. Maximum persons --10, except 1 or 2 small children can use sofa or air mattress if in a family situation. No rentals to groups of minors under age 25.

What is provided? 1 set of sheets for each bed and 10 towel sets, plus kitchen towel will be provided along with a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 small packets of dishwasher detergent and 2 small bars of soap for each bath, plus a trash can liner for each wastebasket. All other supplies will need to be provided by the renter. The kitchen has all the dishes, glasses, flatware, pots & pans provided.

Golf Information: Kiva Dunes golf course approx 5 miles from the property
