Unique Gated Community The Sea Ranch is a world-renowned gated community second to none in the combination of natural beauty and build environment, controlled by an influential architectural/design committee. There are three large recreation centers with pool, saunas, and tennis courts -- all free of charge to our renters. The 18-hole Sea Ranch Golf Links are located in breathtaking ocean view environment -- fees apply. The Sea Ranch has tens of miles of bluff trails, meadow trails, and hill-side hiking trails. The internal road system is ideal for the recreational, occasional biker; the nearby public highways offer challenges for road bikers, and the Sea Ranch hill-side trails are challenging for mountain bikers -- just bring your bikes.

Solar Photovoltaic Energy Bella Vista has a solar photovoltaic energy system that is entirely integrated to the regular electric grid system and will remain unnoticed by the renter. Space heating is by optimal passive heating and a conventional gas central heating system.
