If the dates can be rebooked, a refund equal to the monies received less a $50 cancellation fee, will be issued within 2 weeks after the cancelled check out date.

Smokers have access to several comfortable outdoor seating areas and ashtrays are provided. Fitness equipment is available. Treadmill in office/extra room, EFX elliptical in a very small room under the stairs (mirror and fan make it comfortable and not too cramped). Please write in advance if planning to use the fitness equipment. Dining table has two leaves to expand from seating for 6 to 10, plus kitchen island can seat 2 or 3. Since the house is at the top of a hill, only one off-street parking space on horizontal. Additional room in driveway, but at a deep slant. If guests have any mobility impairments, they must park at the top of hill and then will have 3 stair steps to enter. Pets okay with advance notice and additional security deposit and cleaning fee, but bear in mind the yard is not fenced.

All living areas exit onto deep porches outfitted with vintage lawn chairs and lush houseplants. Open the many casement windows and french doors during Spring weather and enjoy a lovely cross breeze. Bring your Ipod to play your own tunes over whole-house speakers. White party lights are strung across the yard for nighttime ambiance. Crickets chirp at night and doves coo in the morning. The house has the relaxed and cheerful feel of old South Central Austin, with all the coolness and comfort of an urban loft.
