No need to travel to Cape Cod when you have the beautiful beaches, golf courses, picturesque Scituate harbor, and the added bonus of an in-ground pool in your own backyard. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in North Scituate, this home is located an easy 1.5 mile bike ride or drive from Minot Beach, one of several beautiful beaches in town. Several other town beaches are an easy drive. Scituate Harbor, with its lighthouse, waterfront restaurants and quaint shops is a five minute drive. The towns of Cohasset, Hingham, Hull and Marshfield are nearby, and historic Plymouth is just 30 minutes away. With the Greenbush train, you can be in downtown Boston in less than an hour.

This spacious home with five bedrooms, two full and one half baths, offers every amenity needed to make your summer vacation perfect. The first floor living room, dining room, large eat-in kitchen and den with fireplace are all nicely and comfortably furnished. A new three-season sunroom overlooks a huge deck and a large in-ground gunite pool. There are four bedrooms on the second floor, one with a king-sized bed, one queen, one full and one with two twins. An additional bedroom over the garage provides added sleeping space with two double-sized futons. The house is spacious enough and well-suited for an extended family or two families vacationing together. The home is nicely furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. You will find everything you need including linens, washer/dryer, and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water. Cable television and wireless internet are included.
