The kitchen opens to the dining and living area and the 30 x 15 patio. The patio doors slide completely back leaving a 20 foot open doorway. It is exactly what you would imagine an oceanfront condo to be. Hacienda de Mita also has its own private beach club for the use of our residents only. It has an infinity edge pool, massage area, plenty of relaxing sofas/chairs and a kitchen area for you to store anything for the day. Currently there is also beverage and food service courtesy of some of the local restaurants nearby. The entire development is guard gated 24 hours/day. Free long distance to U.S and Canada only.

Other Amenities: Another special feature is the services of our full time housekeeper. She works Monday through Saturday 8 hours/day and is also available to make breakfast, lunch or a snack during your stay (compare this service with other rentals as many charge extra for daily cleaning or cooking and it is not a full-time person). With this service, you will not have to lift a finger during your stay and it will truly be the 'topper' to a great vacation. Last but not least, all guests have complete access to our concierge service. Whether it’s airport pickup/dropoff, a gourmet chef brought to your home, a massage, or activity tour, our concierge will be happy to accommodate you. We invite you to relax and enjoy in a place not often found so close to home.

The location of Hacienda de Mita is perfect. We are less than a two minute walk to the town of Punta de Mita where 'restaurant row', an assortment of beachfront restaurants serving wonderful cuisine in a laid-back, 'tables in the sand' atmosphere awaits. There are a total of nine restaurants, each of them directly on the beach. If you prefer not to walk (or don't want to rent a car during your stay) we also have a six-seater golf cart which you can easily take anywhere within the gates (i.e The Four Seasons, Golf courses, Resident's beach clubs) or to the town of Punta de Mita next door. It is fully equipped with both headlights and taillights so you can travel safely at night.

Golf Details: If you‘re a golfer, your vacation just got better. Guests of our condo can enjoy either of the amazing Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses (the original one was voted the best resort course in the world by Conde Nast Travel, June 2006), featuring the famous 'tail of the whale' hole (a 170-210 yard carry to the only natural island green in the world). And once you hit your ball, you are escorted to the green in an amphibious golf cart as the cart path is under water at high tide (it’s an amazing experience). Our guests also receive a reduced rate on green fees.
