There is no air conditioning in our unit - we never missed it at all last summer. Wireless internet is not maintained on site but usually several open networks are within range. Local calls only - long distance requires a telephone credit card. Exercise room with elliptical and free weights. Separate Steam room and sauna within the unit - private hot tub outside. HP combo printer/scanner/fax -- no guarantee of ink feel free to bring your own cartridges #94 black & #95 color.
