Fully equipped kitchen (has everything!). Beautifully furnished. Oil burning stove. Porch & Deck wrap around 2 sides of house. Exterior of rental is Cedar-Sided. Wildlife viewing on property. Mountain views on Willow Fishhook Rd. (bring your camera!). Great Rainbow/Steelhead trout fishing.

Forest, Mountains, Wildlife & Scenery Boreal Forest: Birch, Spruce, Cottonwood & Aspen. Mountains: Views of Alaska Range & Talkeetna Mountains & Sleeping Lady Mountain from Willow Fishhook Rd. View of Denali from upper end of 27 acres. Species in River: Rainbow/Steelhead Trout, Arctic Greyling, River Otter & spawning ground for Salmon. Renters have viewed following wildlife on property: Moose, Bear (brown & black), Eagles, River Otter, Fox, River Ducks, Woodpeckers, many bird species. Eagle's nest on property & across river from rental. Northern Lights viewing: during winter months. Wildflowers: Many species of wildflowers months of June, July & August.

Close to popular tour destinations Many renters book trips on the Alaska Railroad or Tours into Denail National Park. Willow is centrally located to many scenic areas popular with travelers. Gateway to Hatcher Pass (active gold mining & Historic Independence Mine). Road into the pass opens on July 4 each year with many hiking trails in this mountainous area. Very close to the Nancy Lake State Park. Driving distance to Matanuska Glacier, Independence Historic Mine, Denali National Park. Flight Seeing Service & Fishing Guide available in Willow.
