Location Details This home is located in a quiet residentail area approximately 10 minutes South of Boulder a short distance off Hwy 36. It is also close to the famous Flatirons Mall, where one can access shopping, dining, restaurants and movie theatres. Denver is a short 20 minute drive South on Hwy 1-25 where world class theatre, ballet, opera, sports and many other cultural events can be enjoyed. Denver International Airport is about a 45 minute drive on the easily accessible E-470 Turnpike
