Take in a view of the downtown skyline from the front porch swing, enjoy the privacy and solitude in the back yard, relax inside and watch a film on the big screen television, or take a bike ride, walk or short taxi ride to all the fun that Austin offers on a daily basis. However you decide to spend your time in Austin, the charm of the home and special location will guarantee a fabulous experience.

This home is located in an eclectic neighborhood. This area immediately east of downtown Austin is home to many local artists, musicians, unique establishments and renovation projects. There is a church across the street and many long time residents on the block. There is a dilapidated home on the corner and a four-plex to one side of the property. All the neighbors are wonderful and friendly. If you are looking for a “Leave It to Beaver” neighborhood, this may not be for you. If you are looking for an enchanting dwelling with close proximity to everything Austin has to offer, this is definitely the place!
