Cancellation within 60 days of your reservation, 90% of amount paid is refunded: Cancellation within 30 days of the reservation, 50% refundable: Within 15 days of the reservation, non refundable. If we are able to rebook a client in your canceled period, we will refund all your payments except for a $50 rebooking fee. We prefer all payments paid by credit or debit card.

We have completely remodeled the bathrooms with new fixtures and newly tiled floors. Cable TV, DVD player and WiFi. The screened in porch is carpeted for a living room like feel with a fabulous view of the lake and sunsets. We have a fully functioning wood burning fire place.

This cottage has a large screened in attached porch with table and chairs for 8 people. It is very private with its own dock, fire ring and beach chairs. In front of the cottage, there is a nice lawn for croquet, badminton and lawn games. We also have a clothes line at the end of the lawn for drying bathing suits and towels. From the pictures you can see the wonderful lake view from the deck which also has a picnic table and deck chairs. A fishing boat and canoe are included.
