Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Optional daily housekeeping is $65.00 per day
  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required to guarantee a booking. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or other means through PayPal. The balance is due not later than 60 days prior to check-in. A $150 after-departure cleaning fee is required. A refundable $500 Security deposit is required upfront. The full $500 will be refunded if there is no damage to the condo or it's furnishings. Any damage in excess of this amount will be charged to the guest's credit card. (Tax is not applied to the Security deposit.) The Primary renting guest must be at least 24 years old. Parents who are not guests may not book properties for their children. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults, with children over the age of 12 counted. Overcrowding or misrepresentation is grounds for immediate removal without refund. Daily housekeeping is not included. Housekeeping service is available for an additional $65 per day. The condo complex is a non-smoking facility.
  • Check-in time is 4PM. Check-out time is 11AM. Clean linens and bath and pool towels are supplied with the condo, but linen changes and daily housekeeping are not included. There are a washer and dryer in the condo. No pets are allowed. Licensed companion and guide animals are permitted. The 25% reservation deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to check-in will forfeit 50% of the payment. If you think you may have health or other difficulties that might make it difficult to fulfill the agreement, consider getting Travelers' Insurance that would cover such costs.

  • There are three full baths, all finished in beautiful Peruvian travertine. One has a shower and soaking tub. The second bathroom has a double soaking tub, suitable for two people. The third has a shower. The third bathroom opens to the common areas of the condo, and may be used for visitors. The third bathroom also has a connecting door to the second bathroom, so if the pullout sofa is not being used, the occupants of the Queen bedroom can use the second and third bathrooms as one enormous bathroom.

  • Your condo is a fourth-floor Penthouse unit. One master bedroom suite has a queen-size bed and a large soaking tub and shower. The second master bedroom suite has a king-size bed and a soaking tub for two. There is also a third full bath and with the sleeper sofa in the living room your condo accommodates six persons in comfort. The unit isc finished in warm Indonesian woods and Peruvian travertine stone. All windows have blackout drapes and each room is equipped with a ceiling fan. For those who prefer it, the condo is equipped with central air conditioning. The condo overlooks the lush tropical landscaping of the garden and pool area and there is enough ocean view from one of the bedrooms that you can lie in bed and watch the surf. There are three walk-out lanais, one is a large outside dining area. You can enjoy sounds of the surf from all rooms. We have also included snorkel gear, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and an ice chest.

Our condo has two master bedroom suites, three full baths and full gourmet kitchen. The unique combination of hotel type amenities and home amenities (it sleeps six) will enable you to experience a luxury resort vacation at a cheap vacation cost. It’s located right on the beach! We have furnished our condo as a luxury vacation resort home with extra consideration to being family friendly. We have tried to include many extras to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. This unit is a fully-stocked retreat for families with or without children. Our guests save hundreds of dollars preparing some meals in the gourmet kitchen and making lunches for daily outings. The kitchen is top-of-the-line and has granite countertops, a Sub-Zero refrigerator with ice-maker, a Wolf cook-top and convection oven, and dishwasher. Washer/dryer in unit.

Our Island Paradise Polynesian sailors reached Kauai in large, double-hulled canoes as early as the 5th century. Kauai was later “discovered” by the English in 1778. Today the residents of Kauai are quite diverse. Residents are descendants of many nationalities. Europeans Japanese and Filipino are in near-equal numbers, with a lesser proportion of Hawaiians, Chinese and others. Perhaps it's the natural beauty of Kauai that brings out the best in people or maybe it's the island tradition of gracious hospitality. Whatever the reason, you'll find that the people of Kauai offer a welcoming spirit of aloha that makes you feel right at home. We have fallen in love with the beauty of Kauai and it’s people.

The Beauty Kauai is known as the 'Garden Island' due to its lush green landscape. Mount Wai'ale'ale rises over 4,500 feet above the Pacific. Usually wrapped in mist, this peak is one of the wettest places on Earth. Scenic wonders include Waimea Canyon, Hanalei Valley, Kilauea Lighthouse and wildlife refuge, Fern Grotto, many stunning beaches and, for the courageous, Kalalau Valley.
