Every room in the house provides 180 degree views of Pacific Ocean. All sheets are 400 thread count. Off street parking in a secure, gated area. Air conditioning is available in upstairs bedrooms, plus sliding screened doors to get ocean breeze; large fan in downstairs bedroom.
