Notes:

The porch is a 3 season room, with lounge seating for 4 (2 cushioned chairs and a glider) and table seating for 4. This is a pleasant place to eat or relax. A counter with 3 stools separates the kitchen from the dining area, expanding seating for meals to 9. Our proximity to the ocean usually affords a sea breeze, making the temperature comfortable. If needed, there are several table top and window fans. One upstairs bedroom has an air conditioner. Parking is available in the driveway and on the street. There is a picnic table outside and the sunny yard, complete with volleyball net, is suitable for games. Badminton and volleyball equipment supplied, along with a beachball and frisbee.
