The Condo has 35 units of mostly owner occupied units. Nice peaceful surroundings. Winter Texans come back year after year and develop a sense of community with friendly owners. Heated pool faces ocean with gated entrance. Shower located at private gate to/from the beach area to clean off sand. Condo has new carpet and very well maintained. Maid service available on a weekly basis for an additional $50.00 charge. Great getaway to relax but still close to other tourist and city activities! The best of both worlds!
