Further Details for the condo in New Jersey, USA

Planning a family reunion? If you are planning a large family reunion or vacation and would like to stay all together, we can coordinate the rental of one or both of the other two units in the same building, providing sleeping for approximately 27 people within the three units. These units are identical in layout to the 2nd floor unit, but do not have a front porch. Call for more information.

Unit Amenities This condo was part of an extensive total renovation in 2008. Everything is brand new! We are in the process of furnishing and accessorizing the unit. New pictures will be posted when we have completed the process. There will be a 42' plasma TV in the living room. Four adult beach tags will be provided (children under 12 do not need to purchase beach tags in Ocean City.)

Centrally Located Walk to the grocery store and McDonald's (2 blocks) at 9th & West . There are a dozen restaurants within a two block walk. Enjoy all the fun activities on Asbury Ave, one block away: Funtastic Tuesdays Market Days Shopping Dining Family Film & Fun Night Farmers Market on Wednesdays at Tabernacle Grounds - 3 blocks away @ 6th & Central.

Other Activities many golf courses in the area, off-island; one municipal course on island
