Fishing on site in Pemaquid Lake includes perch, bass, trout and catfish. The lake is also stocked. Fishing licenses are required and can be purchased at the Nobleboro town office. Nearby activities off-site include boating and sailing excursions, tall ship crewing and sailing, whale watching, 'Ocean Classroom.' Handicap accessibility with elevator: Even those with physical limitations can fully enjoy all the aspects of Noblehouse. The accommodations are fully wheelchair accessible right down the dock to the float. Amenities include a modern elevator, wide hallways and a private handicap friendly bathroom. In addition the house is fully air conditioned and heated for all season comfort. Pet Friendly: A non-refundable $300 per stay mandatory charge/cleaning fee is required for pets. Refrigerator: There is no ice maker in the refrigerator. Ice trays are provided. There is plenty of parking for RV/Boat/Trailer.

The accommodations are fully wheelchair accessible including a modern elevator, wide hallways and a private handicap friendly bathroom. Even the dock has a wide gentle ramp. In addition the house is fully air conditioned and heated for all season comfort. The area abounds with wonderful hiking including various land trusts and preserves and the Camden Hills State Park. Also available for your enjoyment is the Maine Maritime Museum in Damariscotta, Pemaquid Point and lighthouse, and the Rockland Public Golf Course.
