  • Reservation Policies
    Minimum Stay: There is a 3 night minimum stay.
    Reservation Deposit: To confirm a Reservation, 50% of the total is due once booking dates are confirmed. The remaining balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
    Payments: Can be made by personal cheque, money order, traveler’s cheque, PayPal, credit card* (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery) or with cash. * Credit Card and PayPal payments are subject to a 3% surcharge.
    Security: For new guests we ask for photo copies of your valid driver's license and passport. These copies can either be returned to you or destroyed after you have vacated the suite in good order.

    Room Policies
    Children: Are by advance arrangement and subject to bedding requirements.
    Smoking: Not permitted inside the building
    Pets: Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets at this time.
  • Check-in/Check-out Policies
    Check-in Time: 4pm - 6pm, unless prior arrangements have been made in advance.
    Check-out Time: 12pm, unless late check out arrangements have been made in advance.

    Cancellations & No Show Policies
    If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, guest will be charged 25% of the rental cost.charged 25% of the rental amount, unless the suite can be re-rented for the same dates.
    If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to the check-in date, guest will be charged 50% of the rental amount, unless the suite can be re-rented for the same dates.
    If the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours prior to the check-in date, the rental amount is payable, unless the suite can be re-rented for the same dates.
    No-Shows will be charged the full amount of their stay.

The addition of a custom made granite counter top vanity with antique wall mount candle holders on either side of the vanity mirror help you to enjoy relaxing or romantic times. With an assortment of quality cotton bath towels, hand towels and face clothes, each suite is supplied by independent water supply to ensure great water pressure and consistent temperature control.

There are two hall closet & storage areas that include space for hanging coats & jackets and any full length garments you may have. There are also additional shelves for any additional storage that may be required. For added convenience there is a clothes iron, ironing board, hair dryer, vacuum, Swifter, floor mop, broom & dustpan Weekly rentals include weekly cleanings, and towels & linens laundry service. Monthly rates do not include cleaners, however, both cleaning & laundry services are available at a reasonable cost. Cleaning service ranges from $40 - $100 depending on which suite and frequency of cleaning. Laundry service rates are available by request. Each suite comes equipped with a complete assortment of cleaning tools & supplies. The laundry room features commercial size coin operated (2 x $1 coin) washer & dryer with complimentary laundry soap, bleach, stain remover and fabric softener.
