  • These beds were purchased with us in mind and not as 'rental' mattresses! The upstairs level has the Master Suite with a king bed, bathroom with a separate shower and jetted tub. Another large bedroom on this level has a queen sized Sleigh bed and full bath. The downstairs has 2 bedrooms and both have Queen beds. There is a full bathroom on this level and this level accesses the heated 2 car garage. The main level has another nice size bedroom with a queen size bed. We purposely did not put a sleeper bed in the Great Room so the family can enjoy the area comfortably.

A Very Special Place For Our Family And Yours!! This unit is for our personal use so we have decorated it with that in mind. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped so you will feel at home and not as though you are in a typical rental unit. We are very discriminating to whom we rent this unit to due to the fact it is our second home. You will truly enjoy your 'Home Away From Home'!!!

If you are coming to Summit County for the winter activities you will find some of the best skiing in the world. In addition, you can enjoy snowshoeing, ice-skating at nearby Keystone, snowmobiling, or a dinner sleigh ride in the woods.

If you are coming to Colorado for the summertime activities you won't be disappointed. You can enjoy 3 golf courses within 20 minutes, hiking outside the front door, and fishing just a few minutes away on the Blue River.
