Security Deposit $300 due within 7 days of reservation booking. Deposit will be returned within ten days after your stay. Cancellation Policy: Must be made 45 days prior to reservation date. Cancellations made after that time are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations made within 7 days of reservation.
