There are basically 5 apartments here. Lots of room to spread out! The ground floor Casa Grande studio apartment would be good for someone with limited mobility- no stairs. Nice covered terrace in front of it where everyone can hang out together. Each unit has a dining area and kitchen. Please enjoy any smoking outside on the covered terraces. Any smoke smell in the homes will incur an additional cleaning fee. Please call for additional details.

Enjoy Rincon Year Round! Everyone knows Rincon is a great winter escape, but come enjoy Rincon the rest of the year, too!. Treat yourself to the tranquility & beauty when the crowds leave. Travel here in the spring, summer, or autumn & you'll experience a quieter side of Rincon. July is busy & fun when the San Juan families come out to enjoy some beach time, but most other times you will play on almost empty beaches. Early August, the kids return to school, & it's quiet. When the winter waves are gone, Rincon enjoys some of the best snorkeling & diving in the world. Steps Beach at the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve has the best stand of Elk Horn coral close into an island in the world (according to the NOAA researcher who's been following it for over 12 years!). Take one of the local diving boats out to Desecheo Island, only 11 miles off the coast, & enjoy visibility of 100+ ft all the time. Rincon is a year round destination with something for everyone.
