Lake Nantahala is surrounded by the Nantahala Forest and half the lake is undeveloped. Well maintained and spacious, stairs down to lake and dock. Our tenants have usage of the canoe and paddleboat The Nantahala River is popular for whitewater rafting , tubing , canoeing and kayaking. During Winter Months visit Maggie Valley with skiing , sledding and snowboarding Enjoy backpacking the Appalachian Trail, mountain climbing, mountain bike trials on the Tsali. 30 minutes from Nantahala Outdoors Center
