Off Season Specials Whether you're coming for a convention or just want to beat the crowds, some of the best deals ....great weather, too....are in the Off season! So many things to see and do in San Diego year-round: One suggestion.... The WINTER offers incomparable whale-watching! You'll experience the thrill of a lifetime when you pull alongside one of these majestic creatures of the deep...but shhhh. Must not disturb them as they're on their migrating journey, many looking to mate, or recently have given birth. Dolphins abound, as well, playing amongst the waves.

Any sports fans out there? With the Major League Baseball's PADRES poised to do some rebuilding....new ownership, ya' know... good seats will always be available at family friendly PETCO PARK. San Diego is also home of the NFL's AFC Western Division Champs, the SAN DIEGO CHARGERS! Good seats are hard to come by, but being the proud owner of seven on the 45 yard line, Plaza....well, talk to me! December brings the famed POINSETTIA and HOLIDAY BOWLS....perennial nail-biters. We're just 15 minutes from Qualcomm Stadium. My good pal and extra ticket guy is the world famous DION RICH...gate-crasher extraordinaire. Always good seats plus great deals on golf! Speaking of golf, fabulous, well groomed public courses abound. You're never more than 30 minutes away from a terrific golf outing. And TORREY PINES, home of the 2008 U.S. Open and its exciting duel to the finish, is right up the road in near-by LaJolla.

Sea World and the San Diego Zoo You're just 5 minutes to legendary Shamu at SEA WORLD. Year-round attractions geared to the season. Always a fun day! Now, the SAN DIEGO ZOO speaks for itself.
