This second bedroom has a full size bathroom right next door with a laundry room that has a full size washer and dryer. The Grand room with the fireplace has a large queen size sofa bed and sofa. Extra pillows and blankets are in the home and awaiting your stay.

Tenants are expected to bring their own paper products and bottled water. Pets are welcome but must be free of flea's and ticks and will be an extra charge. There is a mud room near the kitchen for winter clothing, and fishing clothing and boots to hang. The mud room could also be used as an office as there is a desk with a file cabinet. A computer/printer is suitable for hook up in the mud room provided you bring your own broadband service.

Nearby Golf Course (9 hole) About 1 mile from the home is a very nice 9-hole golf course open from May - November with very reasonable rates during the weekend and week ( $25 for two with a cart). It is also home to campers and interesting wildlife like beavers live in the ponds at the golf course.

Salmon Resevour About 5 miles from the home is the famous NY STATE Salmon Resevour that is the stopping point for the salmon that come up the salmon river each year. This site is home to the future baby salmon that are released in the lake and is worth a trip to see in Sept/Oct/Nov each year. The operation is truely magnificent!
