The house fronts a canal from which you can Kayak, and is beautifully situated within walking distance to the beach, however the tennis and swimming amenities are part of the resort package available for long term renters of 2 or more months. We will transfer to those tenants our Premier Club membership, giving the right to enjoy all of the 4 star amenities at the Naples Grande Hotel located a 5 minute walk from the house. If you choose this option, you will enjoy full resort privilege while staying in the comfort, serenity and privacy of our beautiful Naples home.
