This townhouse is a private family town home in the Water's Edge Development. Only a five minute walk down the hill, you will have full access to the recreation facilities which are comparable to what you find at a fine resort. These include: a heated indoor pool and spa hot tub that overlooks the beach and the lake (as pretty and relaxing in the winter when the lake is crystal white with snow as in the summer); a large outdoor pool which is a gathering spot for families during the summer; a private sandy beach with beach lounge chairs;both indoor and outdoor tennis courts; an outdoor basketball court, an indoor racquetball court and fitness center. The facility also has a community area with a gas fireplace, flat screen TV, full kitchen and tables available for parties as well as a large outdoor community area with picnic tables and grills to accommodate group picnics.
