| Notes: | The home has a formal dining room which seats six. The kitchen has a dining set that seats four and counter area seating for three. Starter packs for bathroom, kitchen and laundry room needs are provided. However, once the starter packs are used up, we do require that you purchase your own. The entire property is absolutely non-smoking to enhance the visitor's comfort, health, and safety. A back stair provides access between the kitchen family dining area and the upstairs hall for additional convenience. A room adjacent to the family dining area serves as a home office for guests. Enclosed space on the pool level is available for storage of bicycles, golf equipment, and other personal items. |
