Home is set up to be comfortable. Main level of house is entered by a flight of stairs, either from basement, deck or front yard, so it's not handicapped or elderly accessible. Kitchen is fully equipped with plates and cooking utensils. Living Room has a Queen Pull-out sofa sleeper and a Reclining love seat and 2 additional recliners. House Interior And Basement are a No-Smoking Area. Smoking is allowed outside. Home has huge deck with wrap around seating and a picnic table for evening cookouts. Campfire pit in the yard with hose located nearby for evening enjoyment. We want the house to be in nice shape to be enjoyable for our guests for many years to come, and so we are very particular about who we rent to. Large Security deposit, Liability Contracts, Background Check Approvals and References are required.
