Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser. Rates quoted are standard rates and may be adjusted depending on request, time or notice. There is a cleaning charge of $65 for this one-bedroom unit. A $200 security deposit is required for weekly rentals and a $500 security deposit for monthly rentals. There is a $75 fee charged for ANY cancellations. The office requires written notice of cancellation at least 120 day's prior for monthly renters and 30 days prior for weekly renters of arrival date. If cancellation notice is received within the allocated time, the balance of your deposit will be refunded. If it is not received timely, the deposit will be forfeited.

Our condo is in walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The condo is oceanfront with two Olympic size pools, one is heated, 2 kids pools, shuffleboard, and a large club house. Sun and pool decks. New Smyrna Beach is the closest beach to Orlando. It's on the east coast and just a short drive to Orlando and all Central Florida attractions including Disneyworld, EPCOT, Seaworld, Kennedy Space Center, NASA and much more. It's only a half hour to Daytona International Speedway.
