This is a year-round home rented out seasonally. It is in a close-knit family neighborhood, rarely disturbed by late night outside noise. There is no dishwasher. Trash shed is enclosed and pickups are weekly. Owners personally greet guests upon arrival and supervise cleaning between rentals to ensure readiness for incoming guests. There is a 24/7 on-call property manager for emergencies and owners reside nearby during rental season. There is room for four cars in the driveway.
