Further Details for the cottage in Long Island, New York, USA

Special Notes: We own a Landscaping/Contractor business on the Island and the basement is used for storage of materials. It is accessed by the south yard in the early mornings and early evening. You wouldn't even notice! This proves to be helpful to our guests who need assistance in transporting food and necessities to and from Ocean Beach and the Ferry.
