100 feet from Upper Chilmark Pond. Boat to private ocean beach or Lucy Vincent Beach across Chilmark Pond. Car access to Lucy Vincent Beach and Squibnocket Beach. Close to Chilmark Community Center, Menemsha, etc. Boating on the pond is terrific. Great body-surfing and boogey-boarding on Lucy Vincent Beach. Volleyball court on the beach.
