The house is located in a 5 acres lot. There is ample space for parking extra-cars. The beautiful tafi del valle, has a rich historic heritage, from the jesuits, and the menhires(from the celts,Men=Stone, Hir=Large). These large stone formations date, according to expert from 1000, to 10,000 years old. The valley has a beautiful climate. Summer temperatures ranging from a max of 28 C/82 F, to a low of 13 C/ 55 F. Although is rainy, because of the altitude, the air is relatively dry and comfortable. In winter the temperature can oscillate between 22 C/ 71 F, to may be a low of -10 C/14 F. Can Snow.
