It is located on the famous Wayah Road, which is a National Scenic By-Way in the Nantahala Forest. Nantahala means 'Land of the Noonday Sun.' The home can accommodate the elderly, if they can manage 3 steps up the front porch. The master bedroom and bathroom is on one level with the other bedrooms upstairs. Families with children should be aware that the home is directly next to creeks. Two Zone Central A/C. Stacked Stone Fireplace has a gas remote control for flames. Bikers often meet at the bottom of the mountain at Loafer's Glory (5.1 miles down the mountain) for the infamous bike ride.
