Our unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath Villa and has just become available to renters. The professionally designed and furnished unit is clean and private and is truly a home away from home. The unit has a tropical atrium in the center that brings nature inside. Each bedroom has a queen bed and bath. We have a fully functioning kitchen with all the appliances you would expect in your own home. The backyard features a lush patio area perfect for relaxing in the shade after a day at the beach. You are a 5 minute walk to the beach, and the beach walkover is at a pedestrian crosswalk with a light, that stops trafic within seconds of pushing the button. A 3 minute walk will take you to the grocery store, restaurants, and to get your morning newspaper. The unit is one level and parking is available right in front of the unit. Activities & Attractions in the Area The Sea Woods resort community, the town of New Smyrna Beach, and the greater area offers many activities, attractions and adventures. Wonderful beaches for swimming, surfing, fishing, walking. Tennis is available at our Sea Woods resort, and there are several golf courses nearby. There are several Health Spas in the area, where you can pamper yourself to massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. Arts & Culture is a very strong feature of New Smyrna Beach. Check out the local paper to see what is playing while you are in town. Visit Ponce Inlet where you can climb the historic light house, go for day hikes or explore one of the many parks in the area. The Canaveral National Seashore, a 57,000 acre national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River, is one of the longest stretches of pristine coastline in the US, and is just south of New Smyrna Beach.

An hour and a half away is St. Augustine which is the oldest city in North America. It is a great day trip! You can also go an hour and a half south and visit one of the theme parks, Walt Disney parks, Sea World, and Universal, and be back at the beach for a relaxing evening!
