The unit is assessable by elevator and therefore wheelchair accessible. Children will love to play at the pool or on the beach, and the pool has a comfortable temperature all year long. The building does not allow pets, however there are some fabulous pet resorts in town if you have your pets with you. This unit has a three day minimum stay, and generally books by the week. We prefer you smoke on the porch, and not in the unit.

Reviews on this unit since updating have been wonderful. Full list of excellent golf courses are included ! Golf tennis and swimming, deep sea fishing , snorkeling and surfing are among the favored activities. Guests have raved about the cleanliness of the surroundings, pool area , loungers and beach, over and over. This is one unit that can sleep 5 , as it includes a King bed in the Master, a queen pull out and a twin pull out -- fall asleep to the sound of the ocean ! The Photo opportunities are as endless as is the shelling!

There are numerous public and private courses in the Bay Area , all within a 15 to 30 minute drive from the condo, some very reasonably priced . My guests have said ( especially the men) this is one of their main reasons for vacationing on Indian Shores
