  • Layout is great. Very Roomy! This beach home is perfect for families vacationing together. It has 2 living rooms both with large T.Vs. Many look at the photo and ask if it is a duplex. No it is not but you will have plenty of room to vacation. All the front 4 bedrooms open up to a deck overlooking the ocean. 2 King Rooms are upstairs each with a full bath. Downstairs are 4 bedrooms, 2 Queens and 2 Kids Rooms which means a pyramid bunk which is a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. The downstairs 4 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms. The layout is 2 bedrooms on each end of the house separated by a full bath.

Our beach home is located in Kitty Hawk, NC just a few houses away from the Kill Devil Hills line. This is the center of the Outer Banks so you are central to all the destinations your family may want to take in. Enjoy ocean front views without the ocean front price tag. With plenty of restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, putt-putt, bowling, fishing piers, state parks and ecological preserve and over 100 miles of beach, you won't be bored! The house layout is great for families vacationing together. There are 2 living rooms with TV's. Downstairs includes 4 bedrooms laid out with 2 on each end of the house separated by full baths. Two are queens and two pyramid bunks (double on bottom, twin on top). The upstairs includes a master suite with a king bed and full bath that includes an oversized jet tub, vanity and a shower. The other bedroom on the second floor is also a King. Both bedrooms overlook the ocean.
