A few notes about villa amenities: -As a gift, all guests will receive a complimentary Orlando Destination travel guide depicting attractions, dining venues, a shopping overview as well as some cursory area maps for your use. -Inflatable pool toys and a pump are available in the garage for your enjoyment -Pool heat is recommended from November-April and is available at a cost of $20USD per night -An outdoor Barbeque is provided for your grilling needs, however a charge applies for the delivery/recharge/removal of a propane tank for your visit. -High-speed, secured wireless internet is available throughout the villa. -Three 2.4ghz cordless phones situated throughout the home and offer complimentary long-distance calling anywhere in Canada and the United States. -Regrettably, no pets are permitted at Summerland Villa in the interest of respecting all of our guest's needs.

Close to Orlando Attractions Summerland Villa is located in the gated community of Tivoli Manor, at the hub of Interstate 4 and Highway 27 in Central Florida; minutes from Orlando attractions. Walt Disney World has 4 theme parks, and two waterparks. Summerland Villa is a 10 minute drive from the parks' main entrances. The villa is also a brisk 20 minute drive from Universal Studios parks, or Seaworld Orlando which is also located on Interstate 4. The Villa is an hour's drive from the Atlantic coast where you can take in the infamous sights of Daytona Beach and the Speedway located there. Additionally, guests can experience the awe of the Kennedy Space Centre also located there. Alternatively, the Gulf Coast with it's warm blue water lies 40 mins to the west. Infact, the beaches at Clearwater and St. Petersburg are renowned as some of the nicest beaches in North America. For the golf aficianados, two premier 18-hole courses designed by Greg Norman at Championsgate, are only a 2 mile drive away.
