The daylight basement, which is outfitted as a media /game room with a wet bar, fridge, pool table, TV/DVD and surround-sound offers the option of a hide-a-bed and two cushioned single-bed size window seats. This room opens through French doors onto its own private deck. The third bathroom with the footed soaking tub is adjacent to this area.
