The unit is decorated with care by the owner in handsome mountain decor and stylish faux accents. The attention to detail is evident throughout this mountain home.
There is custom tile and granite counter tops in the kitchen. The bathrooms have beautiful slate flooring, there is new carpet, all new furnishings and appliances.
The living room is warm and comfortable with open ceilings, wood burning fireplace, a large overstuffed sofa, a home theater with VCR/DVD and stereo with CD player.
This is a bright sunny corner unit with lots of windows and is the perfect home-away-from-home for your Mammoth vacation.
The unit is located close to the common area amenities but about 50 yards from the parking lot. This unit has been set up with hi-speed wireless internet and guests are also provided with FREE international and domestic long distance phone service.
The summer rate is $140 per night with discounts of 10-30% for stays of four nights or more.
Winter rates are; midweek $235, weekend $285, holiday $315 to $360 per night. Ask about our four or more night specials.
The maximum occupancy is 6 Bedding arrangement: Queen in the master, queen in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room.
