The walls are faux painted to an aged Mediterranean texture to compliment the plantings. If you are leading a group or otherwise want to entertain, this is an exceptional space. On the other hand, you may just prefer the comfort of large outdoor spaces high above a green park. The luxury touches in the apartment include a black granite countertop in the galley kitchen imported from Brazil. The countertops in the main room are white Turkish marble over custom-made cabinets, and the bathroom is a jewelbox of mirrored walls with a clear glass countertop and shelf. The glass-topped dining table sits on a cast aluminum pedestal executed by a well-know Argentine artist. The framed prints on the walls are from Paris, and the glassware is Czech Crystal.

In the second photo, the slightly shorter cabinet of drawers with its marble top can be rolled out to serve as a cocktail table, allowing the kneehole to be used as a desk or a makeup table in front of the mirror. There is an upholstered chair on rollers (not shown) for this purpose. Wi-Fi is provided in order to maximize the usefulness of the Upper Terrace. No-smoking, please. Check In: 1 PM Check Out: 11 AM Early check-in early or late check-out sometimes available. This is one of only six exceptional luxury properties (2 Penthouses) that we manage.
