The great room has a custom built-in bookcase/wall unit which holds a 67' HDTV/Blue Ray DVD Player. All rooms have ceiling fans and light dimmers. Two bedrooms have queen beds, one has two twin beds. The spacious master suite (which overlooks the pool/putting green and has own private patio) has a king size bed. There is a TV in the master suite and bedrooms. The master bath is equipped with double sinks, large Jacuzzi tub and separate glassed-in shower. This home has private laundry room with auxiliary sink. Great Location! Less than one mile from 'The River' (dining, theaters and entertainment center in Rancho Mirage) adjacent to Rancho Las Palmas Country Club.
