The grounds are beautiful, many perennial gardens with a private peaceful ambiance. On the north side of the property exists a very friendly barnyard scene with a donkey, 2 lambs and 6 hens. A grounds keeper stays on the property to care for the animals and gardens. The home is surrounded by established oaks, madrone, eucalyptus and redwoods, and is nestled in flowering perennial and vegetable beds in addition to Carolyn's famous berry patch. Relax in the garden seating among the flower beds or on the dining patio, or stroll the grounds with our resident mascot.
